Por que não vamos à final
Do que vi (e já vi outra vez) alinhei três razões para a selecção nacional não ter ganho à França.
1 - Deco vs. Zidane. O médio criativo da equipa nacional não existiu. O médio criativo da França jogou a bom nível.
2 - 'Meio' penalty. Thierry Henry foi inteligente ao ter procurado o mais possível o pé de Ricardo Carvalho, que já estava no chão quando se deu o contacto.
3 - A lesão de Miguel. Parece sina o que se passa com os defesas-direitos nos jogos decisivos com a França. Em 1984 Veloso lesionou-se, teve que ser substituido, e quando Jaime Pacheco - que tinha secado Platini durante 100 minutos - deu o berro já tínhamos esgotado as substituições. O decisivo jogador do Portugal-França de 2000 dá pelo nome de Abel Xavier e era.. defesa direito. Ontem, quando era preciso pôr no campo (por exemplo) Nuno Gomes, tal já não era possível, porque se tinha queimado uma substuição na lesão do lateral direito Miguel.

Inteira razão, a substituição a que me refiro, prematura, foi do Diamantino pelo Gomes.

Concordo com a análise feita.
Temos, no entanto, que reconhecer que , neste momento, não dispomos de artilharia na zona dos 30 metros.
Quando tivermos essa ferramenta, podemos ganhar a qualquer equipa.
